check-in lacked customer focus i arrived early with my child even with rooms available the hotel showed no flexibility and wanted to charge 360 usd for 2 hours early check-in which felt unreasonable rules were strictly enforced at check-in yet a sewage smell in the toilet was unresolved throughout my stay

The staff always seemed happy and polite, and their service was great. the rooms were cleaned well, and the cleaning staff always asked if we needed anything. my daughter wasn't feeling well one evening. The restaurant manager ensured her dinner was plated so she could eat in our room, a thoughtful gesture.

The access to the sea is very convenient, offering a beautiful sandy beach with shallow, crystal-clear water. a jetty grants direct access to the coral reef. It is ideal for snorkeling. the spa provides a range of services including a massage center.

the hotel is very close to the airport! transfers were quick and straightforward. the hotel is set back from the main road, so there is little traffic noise, which helped create a relaxing atmosphere.

room upgradebland foodpoor quality
the reception team welcomed me by offering a drink during check-in. i was also surprised by the room upgrade to a sea-view room.
i found that the food lacked flavor, and the quality of some dishes was poor. one example is a filet that was overcooked and tough. this poor quality did not match the price of the stay.
